Our previous plan was to conduct a bike rally which is impossible because of the lockdown in our country. Therefore, we have chosen to dispatch banners in different parts of Lalitpur city instead. On the banners, we are planning to write awareness quotes about COVID-19 and the Support, Don’t Punish campaign. We will provide our event details throughout our social media platforms, emails and phone calls if needed.

On the global day of action, we arranged an interactiive program with local government and security personnel. So we had called members of parliament, the president of ward, the security head of the city (police) and we gathered youths from the city. First, we gave a brief description of the Support. Don’t Punish campaing, why it is done all over the world, and afterwards, that the national network of Nepal (Recovering Nepal) spoke about the current issues faced by people who use drugs. After the interaction, we all went to sky bridge to hang up the SDP banner.
