Partners in Nepal launched an online petition calling for drug policy reform, and held a range of events across 13 cities: Bhaktapur, Biratnagar, Birtamod, Butwal, Chitwan, Dhangadi, Dharan, Kathmandu, Mahendranagar, Nepalgunj, Pokhara, Surkhet and Syangja. Activities included rallies, press conferences and radio talk programmes, petitions, etc. Bam Dev Gautam, the Deputy Prime Minister of Nepal, joined the action by signing the petition poster.
