We want to conduct an action near the building for the provision of integrated services to violence, the Kropyvnytskyi regional narcological dispensary, recently we have seen a European attitude from the administration of the Dispensary, this says that the reform is working, but still the war on drugs is lost, more democratic actions are needed, we are for a call for humane actions
