The activity will involve the virtual attendance of the DHRAN Harm Reduction symposium/Support Don’t Punish Day of Action 2022 on June 24th, 2022 by 50 persons who use drugs to make their voices heard on the benefits of harm reduction and the need to make legal and policy changes to favour the implementation of community-based Harm reduction program in Nigeria. The symposium is planned set a roadmap for reconciling the provisions of Nigeria laws; especially the constitution and the NDLEA Act, with Harm Reduction Implementation in Nigeria. The symposium will provide opportunity for a wide range of stakeholders on Drugs and Drug use to directly engage with and debate the issue of Harm Reduction and its Implementation in Nigeria.
