Leading organisations: Streetscapes-Khulisa Social Solutions (KSS)

8-10 people who use(d) illicit substances and have a long history of living on the streets of CapeTown will contribute to a creative piece of work in the form of single images which will be printedand exhibited, and then collated, to make a mini ‘coffee table style book.

The theme and artistic input will speak specifically to what brings to meaning to their lives. The project will explore and help the individuals reflect what are the meaningful elements in their lives, what may be important to them, what motivates them, what they feel their purpose is.

The number of copies printed will depend on printing cost and budget and the process will be guided by trained counsellors and culminate on activities on the Global Day of Action.
