Day of Action 2017

In Santiago de Chile and in Arica, NGO Latinoamerica Reforma organized a photo campaign in front of important buildings of both cities.  The event in Santiago was well attended by about 40 activists, despite the weather! People gathered to speak out against the war on drugs and to start a dialogue towards a policy of regulation, health and human rights. The campaign photo was taken in front of the Chilean Parliament, the Palacio de la Moneda. The event was larger than last year, and Latinoamerica Reforma hope that this trend will continue – as shown by the event in Arica, the first SDP event to be held outside Santiago.

In addition, Fundación Ciencias para la Cannabis, also conducted a photo shoot with a large Apoye no Castigue banner in front of large national institutions.
